During this comprehensive 3 day course, Learners will cover a variety of topics in supervising food safety in a manufacturing environment, including: food safety and the law, good hygiene practice, implementing food safety management procedures and the role of supervision in food safety management procedures. Multiple Choice Question Papers and Assessment Guide.
Successful Learners will receive a QA Level 3 Award in Food Safety Supervision for Manufacturing (RQF) certificate personalised with their Centre’s details.
In order to deliver this qualification, Centres will require a minimum of 1 Trainer and 1 Internal Quality Assurer (these cannot be the same person). Please refer to the above Qualification Specification (Pages 5-6) to check the qualification approval requirements required for these positions. Centres will also need to have appropriate policies, systems and procedures in place as well as suitable and adequate venues, equipment and learning resources.
