Successful Learners will receive a QA Level 3 Certificate in First Response Emergency Care (RQF) certificate personalised with their Centre’s details.
In order to deliver this qualification, Centres will require a minimum of 1 Trainer and 1 Internal Quality Assurer (these cannot be the same person). Please refer to the Assessment Principles for Regulated First Aid Qualifications and the above Qualification Specification (pages 17-19) to check the Training/Assessing and Quality Assurance qualifications, and occupational knowledge and competence required for these positions. Centres will also need to have appropriate policies, systems and procedures in place, as well as suitable and adequate venues, equipment and learning resources.
